Despite meeting 3 out of 5 properties of liquids (liquids can flow, liquids have no shape, and liquids have different) we determined that cats are in fact not a liquid. |

The Real Boat

Over the course of the past couple of weeks leading up to our school closure, we began reading this picture book but unfortunately were never able to finish it. It tells the beautiful story a paper who's big dream is to travel to the ocean and sail the seas with all the "real boats". |
Pete the Cat and the Treasure Map
Written by: James Dean Given the current state of affairs with the COVID-19 pandemic at large we were unfortunately unable to get to this book. This book was meant to serve the purpose of introducing us to our final performance task in our Boats and Buoyancy Unit in Science. Our final performance task was to create our very pirate ships that can also be effective watercrafts. |
